HQFSCAT #6 Anything Goes theme on Shaped Cards or Shaped Tags starts 2 June 2025 + #5 Brag Honors

Heart's Quest for Shaped Cards and Tags

HQFSCAT challenges are open to any shaped cards and/or shaped tags that are not rectangles. Altered variations of rectangles like a scalloped-top or dog-eared top are accepted.  

THEME = anything goes on a shaped card and/or tag.

Competition #6 will run June 2- 30, 2025. 

Bragging rights and Guest DT invites are available as we participate for inspiration, sharing and for fun. Trailblazers (3) will be selected for entries of # 1-40; etc.

profile: Hi, I’m Carrie! I’m married with 4 adult children, 2 grandchildren, and a 130-pound Harlequin Great Dane named Smoose. I live near Lake Michigan in a small town close to Grand Rapids, Michigan. I’ve been making cards for nearly 20 years, and fun folds/shaped cards are my favorite type to make!

profile: I have been married 40 years this year to my lovely husband Jonathan and we have two children and two grandchildren and 3 fur babies!  My love of crafting really started in 2001 when I was lucky enough to move from the UK to Houston for 3 years and oh what a revelation it was where crafting was concerned.  I was hooked and when I came back to the UK luckily crafting had started to become a serious hobby here too.  I started off with scrapbooking which I still do and then moved on to cards and in the last few years have really loved the whole Mixed Media movement.

Participants:

*#6 is open June 2-30, 2025. Start and end times are 12 am central time/Chicago or 6am UK. Adjust to wherever you are located.

*Each artisan can submit 5 total projects per challenge month. 

*Anything goes topic shaped cards and/or shaped tags must be new within the month (no backlinking).

*The only shaped card or shaped tag not allowed is a standard four 90* degrees corner rectangle. Variations like dog-ear topped, rounded corners, scallop-topped, z-fold and/or deckle-edged are accepted.

*Link to your specific project post.
